Looking for a great place to get involved and volunteer???  Come and volunteer at the SHARE Food Network Headquarters!  Volunteerism is the foundation of the SHARE food Network.  We believe that everyone has something to offer when they come to volunteer at SHARE.  Volunteering at SHARE gives people the chance to share their gifts and talents towards a good cause.

     Church groups, college organizations, boy scout troops, girl scout troops, unions, and many other social groups come to volunteer.  This is also a great opportunity for the youth to fulfill their community service requirements for school.  Retirees and seniors also find that SHARE is an amazing place to volunteer their time.  The SHARE warehouse offers a fun and safe environment for volunteers to get involved and make a difference in the community!

This is the volunteer team from Gethsemane Baptist Church, NW DC.  They started with SHARE in April, 1991and think that SHARE is a great program.  They participate in SHARE because they enjoy helping seniors and reaching out to others.  Their team helps out at the SHARE Warehouse every month in preparations for the distribution.  They also help with the distribution at their church.  Many of the same people that started with SHARE from their site are still with them today.  Thanks so much for your dedication!
