to find the organization (host site)
that sponsors SHARE in your community. Contact the site
repre sentative and order your SHARE package(s). You pay $18.00 for
each package. Pay with cash, money order, your EBT, or food stamps.
Give at least two hours each month to your community for each package you
purchase. You can help your host site, your church, a neighbor or a
friend. You may already be doing something for others that qualifies
as volunteer service. Volunteering is anything you do for someone
else for which you are not compensated.
Go to your host site at the
designated time with your food receipt and volunteer-service receipt.
Be sure to sign up for next month's package. Participants can also register/pick up at the
main SHARE Warehouse Center in Bladensburg, MD.
