Overview
One of our goals is to make the website resourceful to everyone, fun to look at, and easy to use.  This can be achieved by keeping information posted on the site current, keeping things simple, but effective, and offering assistance when needed.  We hope that you find our website resourceful and beneficial.

Download Help
Our website is loaded with information that is available for you to download.  Simply speaking, downloading is just saving a document from our website to your computer.  You can also print documents from our website without even downloading them to your computer.

Common items available for download: Menus, Market Day Prices Lists, Coordinator Resources, and Calendars.

Things you need to know
Currently, documents are posted on our website in two different file formats: Microsoft Word 2000 and Adobe Acrobat.  This means that you need to have one of these programs installed on your computer in order to read the document.

Adobe Acrobat
In order to open these files on your PC you need to have the "Adobe Acrobat Reader" program installed on your computer.  This is a widely used and dependable program.  Best of all it is free!  Click on the picture to download and install the program.  Just follow the instruction outlined for you.  Once installed, you can then open the documents.

Microsoft Word
This is a common program that comes with the Microsoft Office Suite.  The benefit is that you can download these files and make changes to them.  For example, some host sites will add their site location and contact information to to the menus for participants.  However, everyone is not using MS Word on their computers.  So in these cases getting the Adobe Reader is the other option.

Using the information posted for you

On most occasion visitors will want to download or print a menu or market day price list.  To do this, follow these instructions:

3. Once the document is open, you have two options: Print or save it to disk.
4. These two options are available in the file menu in the top left corner of your screen
** If you are prompted for a password at anytime, press the cancel button and the document should open.
