Volunteer Opportunities Main



     Bagging begins on the Saturday before distribution and continues through the following Thursday.  During this time, we prepare the food for distribution.
Baggers help by breaking down bulk foods such as potatoes, rice, onions, etc. into smaller portions.  There are many opportunities for everyone to participate during bagging.  Several tasks need to be completed from weighing potatoes 3lbs to a bag to pre-staging orders for our larger SHARE Host Sites.  No appointments are necessary unless you have a group of 5 or more.  You are welcome to stop by at your convenience anytime during bagging week.
